Founded by a team of Latinas with diverse backgrounds in journalism, business, and marketing, we created Fluentica to help founders overcome brand challenges and tell their stories in meaningful ways.

Our experience spans working at big agencies like Droga5, building marketing strategies from the ground up at startups, and consulting businesses to scale. We understand the startup world, and we’ve been through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. This is why Fluentica exists—to bring expertise and insight to businesses that need it most.

Fluentica started with a simple idea: to provide high-impact marketing for startups and small businesses. Our founders recognized that many of these businesses were left without access to the same quality of strategic thinking that larger companies had. That needed to change.

With a mix of experience in big agencies and working directly with founders, we saw the importance of creating strategies that reflect not just data but culture. Lisandra de la Paz

Lisandra holds a Master's in Branding and Integrated Communications and has experience working in top advertising agencies with global brands. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist serving the Latino community in NYC. In her free time, you can often find her enjoying a strong Cuban coffee, reading a book, or scrolling through social media (she’ll say, “It’s work”).
